What type of sleeve is this and where can I find a pattern?

What do you call this type of large sleeve? I think "flutter" sleeve refers solely to the sewing at the bottom of the fabric - the part that looks all "wavy" 
But I mean what is the hugely large sleeve called? It's not Elizabethan, it's not "puffy"... WHAT is it?
And... can anyone direct me to a pattern for it? Or maybe instructions on how to make it?
I have a dress I really need to adjust and FAST. Got the fabric but the lady helping me with it says she needs guidance on that certain type of sleeve.
Looked around Google but I suppose I just didn't know what to look for.
