sewing question...how do i cut out this pattern....do i cut outside the lines for 5/8" seam allowance??
this is my first project, i'm making this blouse:

do i just cut on the lines on the pattern and the seam allowance is already factored in... or do i go OUTSIDE the pattern and draw in a new line for the seam allowance??

Seam allowances are always figured into manufactured patterns. Just cut on the solid lines.
